Corrections
If a review says a tool did something on a car and your experience differs, tell us the car and the firmware version. We check, and if we were wrong we fix the review and add a correction note at the end of it.
What we cannot help with
We cannot diagnose a specific fault on your car by email, and we do not sell tools or handle orders, returns or warranty claims. For those, contact the seller or the maker.
Makers and PR
If a maker lends us a unit, the review says so. Loans and samples never buy a review, a score or a place in the rankings.
